Assist in analysing, structuring, negotiating, recommending and when approved, closing new deals, including due diligence, underwriting and legal documentation, sourced by the investment management. Assume primary role in financial modelling of transactions. Assist with preparation of Investment Committee papers for submission to senior investment staff. Provide assistance to investment management professionals in business development and relationship management. Provide assistance with the asset management of direct assets, joint ventures and fund investments through strategic and active management of investments.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to model real estate investments in Excel. Strong undergraduate degree. Around 1－4 years of real estate experience, preferably in a real estate investment fund, investment banking or private equity. Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in a European language. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential.

The key role of the Japan team is to implement their strategy to build its global real estate portfolio, with the primary objective of achieving superior long－term risk－adjusted returns. Responsibilities Responsible for business development （sourcing new acquisition opportunities） and relationship management Responsible for deal analysis, structuring, negotiating, recommending to investment committee and when approved, closing new deals including working on due diligence Responsible for asset management activities of properties, including tracking performance on a monthly basis with budget and underwriting, periodical reporting to management, assisting in identifying potential issues and in their resolution pertaining to the properties. Undertake annual asset planning and manage assets within assigned portfolio in accordance to business plans.
