Gather and document the information of blueprint, demand and pain points with related department, HQ and other stakeholder. 2. Analyze and report the impact and dependency of business process and system functionalities. 3. Create the proposal of proper solution for process/system improvement and enhance customer experience Support and/or execute assigned task/work package as a leader and/or person in charge for realization of new process and system implementation including CR based on roadmap and strategy. 1.
