    The Group Data Office plays a key role in defining and implementing the firm's data strategy, driving transformational change through data capabilities, enforcing data governance for both transformation and regulatory compliance, and elevating our data culture.     【Requirements】 ・Operational familiarity with metadata management, data quality, data stewardship and data protection ・Deep experience with the deployment, management and ongoing improvement of enterprise data catalogs and companion products (e.g. Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Solidatus, Manta), including the use of machine learning techniques to automate metadata management activities ・Working knowledge of the project lifecycle, techniques, methodologies and approaches ・Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) in English and Japanese, inter-personal and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge SMEs and business through user-friendly language ・Able to analyze complex situations and derive workable actions ・Able to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the firm ・Able to understand and integrate cultural differences and work effectively with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams ・Flexibility to adjust to multiple dema
