Description: • Responsible for ensuring that the HFM application is performing optimally at all times • Ensure support and development service that meets or exceeds expectations• Ensure all development activity is compliant with change control procedures and is rigorously tested • Where appropriate, ensure change procedures comply with SOX controls• Provide a technical support and development service for each of these applications. This will involve gaining a detailed understanding of the application structures, the business processes they support and the requirements of a diverse user base • Maintaining and operating HFM business rules, reports and forms • Maintaining metadata (via DRM), FDM maps and managing data transfers between applications including HFM • Access control and development of the security model • End User support

Experience requirements:• Minimum 5 years hands-on Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management application development and support experience incorporating project and team management • Minimum 5 years’ experience designing and delivering Hyperion based solutions to consolidation, forecasting and management reporting requirements • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting end-user processes (e.g. Close, Budget, Forecast) • Prior experience working with Hyperion Planning/Essbase an advantage but not mandatory. Training will be provided • Experience on Hyperion version 11.1.2.X is desirable• There is no requirement for Japanese-speaking but English-speaking is a must.
