In charge of RTW category> plan strong strategies to achieve sales/sell-through targets> implement structured buy> sufficient allocation and inventory control to boost sales> provide motivative product training◆Analysis and planning > Seek potential in the category for further growth and implement the actions to be taken◆Effective buying> Implement a strategic and structured buy to boost the sales> Participate in the buy held at Paris◆Boost sales / sell-through and achieve targets> Set several targets based on the strategies, buy’s and sales results and monitor them with stores/retail team by giving several supports and motivate them.> Update the stores regularly on several KPI’s> Pay a regular visit to the stores/competitors for further understandings of the sales results/ market◆Allocation and inventory controller>Implement an effective/efficient allocation at the beginning of the season> Control/adjust inventory every 2 weeks to maximize the sales◆Developing product knowledge of sales staffs> Organize and host monthly basis “in-season training” based on slow sellers or focus items>Do a collection training before the launch by using materials from HQ supported locally with additional information and tips for better understandings. ◆Give qualitative feedbacks to Paris>Give qualitative/quantitative Feedback’s to Paris for better understandings of the market.>Do regular survey and review of competitors’ prices and product line-up’s and make a recommendation to Paris.
