• 仕事内容

  （業務概要）
  The team will provide the Japan business with excellent institutional client take-
  on/product launch support. Tokyo has 60-70 transition events (e.g. onboarding,
  termination) per annum which involves various local/global stakeholders. Also,
  Japanese account onboarding process has certain unique requirements and client communications including official documents are done in Japanese language. In order to process Japanese transition events smoothly, this position is required
  to coordinate such events between local/overseas relevant parties.
  （主な内容）
  ・Coordinate and execute account on-boarding/product launch/termination process working closely with overseas transitions team, local/overseas relevant parties as well as external parties
  ・Coordinate miscellaneous account events such as IMA/guideline changes, custodian changes, stock/cash inflows/outflows, account restructures, and operational changes of portfolios etc.
  ・Account/Portfolio master data implementation/maintenance
  ・Maintain and provide AUM and other product related information for RFP and
  marketing purpose

• 応募条件

  （応募資格）
  ・Min 5 years' of transitions/onboarding experience is desirable. (or min 5 years’ of working experience in operations area including operational setup for ITM fund/separate account)
  ・Good understanding/knowledge of
  　✔The asset management industry
  　✔All investment and support functions, e.g. Legal, Compliance, Investment, Operations etc.
  　✔ITM fund and separate account operations
  ・Formal Education:University graduate or more

  ・Good written and verbal communication in English and Japanese
  ・Good interpersonal skills for liaison with internal departments
  ・Excellent communication skills
  ・Confidence to manage conference calls
  ・Self-managing and proactively prioritize his/her work
  ・Proactive attitude to change/implement new processes
  ・Able to work under pressure
  ・Keen eye for accuracy and detail
  ・Strong team player
  ・Project management skill

  ※推定年収：ベース700万円～900万円＋ボーナス
