Assisting with the evaluation and execution of deals, inclusive of identifying value, negotiating, closing and monitoring investments.
Contribute to investment （acquisition and disposition） sourcing and execution including:
－ Generate and suggest investment ideas in line with the overarching their investment strategy both within the existing portfolio and through acquisition opportunities to senior team members
－ Identify emerging trends in the real estate sector which could generate opportunities
－ In conjunction with others or within a discreet component of a transaction, identify risks in a transaction and suggest relevant risk mitigation strategies
－Assess key commercial aspects including the modelling of financial returns and risks of a target business
－ Lead small teams of analysts to complete assigned portions of due diligence
－ Assist with preparation of high quality investment committee presentation materials and other supporting documents in a clear concise manner
Assist with the execution of acquisitions and dispositions though to close including:
－ Demonstrating an understanding of key deal issues
－ Preparation of term sheets, letters of intent or offer letters
－ Lead select works streams on a transaction, identifying issues and finding potential solutions
－ Ensure all financial analysis and written materials produced are accurate and timely

－ Economic or business designation with experience in business development, financial analysis, transaction execution and corporate finance.
－ 5－9 years of private equity and property experience is an asset.
