Sales Manager・Achieve the goal of Sales target and KPIs for the responsible area and customers・Develop win-win strategies for each customer based on the customer needs, brand strategies, and consumer needs, and build partnership with key customers・Contribute to the company PL by effective management of resources including trade incentives. ・Maximize the access of consumer to the company's priority products, MSL (Must Sell Stock lines)・Support key accounts representatives of the team to achieve the goals of the each・Collaborate with other teams in Sales, and with other functions in order to achieve the company's goal・Assist the Head of Regional Sales to achieve the company wide sales target and to build stronger sales organization・Implement the sales plans at key customers, and ensure and support sales account representatives to implement sales plans successfully.・Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong and long term loyalty・Lead the team to achieve the successful result with high engagement by managing capability, motivation and opportunity of the team members.・Maximize the performance of team members by supporting member to set appropriate annual objectives, conducting 1on1 and coaching, and feedback・Support team members to create individual development plan and to make sure the capability development actions take place・Develop future leaders and successor of own role and key roles in sales organization
*Bachelors or equivalent*Key account management (prefer to include some FMCG experience) / 7 years*People management / 3 years*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Strategic thinking to develop Win-win customer strategies *A high degree of self-motivation*Strong customer focus*Able to work closely with senior members especially in Sales and Marketing*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines*Resilience and persistence combined with the ability to cope with rejection*Commercial awareness*Coaching skills a must*Ability to lead people with strong initiative and leadership*English: Recommended for career advancement to higher management or Trade Marketing)
