  • 仕事内容

    Head of Digital Marketing Group is a critical leadership position responsible for leading capability building and execution of Digital Marketing Strategy. This is a leadership position requiring not only strong coordination but also initiative to originate and synthesize specific digital projects. This role will be fundamental in transforming MLJ and taking our sales and customer experiences to the next level.

    Responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive Digital Sales Business growth strategy and achieving ANP target in Digital Sales Business with required Stat-IRR(ROC). Continuously analyzing the market and competitive environment, and make sure the business models are up to date to capture latest growth opportunities, especially proactively capturing the trend shift from traditional media to digital media. Also, with the understandings of MLJ’s multi-channel competitive advantages, design and establish leads optimization model between other channels.

    1. P&L responsibility to drive digital sales growth, achieve plan and allocate digital budget
    2. Strategy & Execution: Development and execution of the digital sales strategy by driving the digital offering, campaigns, & digital analytics
    3. Customer obsession to drive simple personalized customer experience. Develop differentiated campaigns based on deep understanding of customer segments & needs
    4. Align Key Internal Stakeholder Efforts of key internal stakeholder including call center, MLJ agents, product and technology
    5. Drive performance from external stakeholders such as media partners, technology vendors and digital media agency
    6. Institutionalize Best Practices: Institutionalize best practice into team to ensure consistency of approach
    7. Innovate to growth: Formulate ongoing digital media partnerships and test new digital platforms to deliver cutting edge innovation and to drive digital sales growth
