＜Scope of Responsibilities＞
This role will be responsible for the implementation and management of our Digital Marketing platform. The platform will consist of multiple integrated systems, including our online customer portal, email marketing system and analytics system. It will enable approximately 10 Marketers to deploy and track various types of digital content. Aside from implementation and operation of the platform itself, the role’s responsibilities will also include establishing rules, best practices and processes to ensure that the platform is utilized in an effective and coherent manner.
■This role will focus on the high-level design and framework around our various Digital Marketing systems & activities, while market research, segmentation, targeting, content creation, etc. will be the responsibility of Marketers. For example, in the case of our online customer portal, this role would be responsible for the high level design, structure and functionality of the site, but the writing and imagery of individual content pieces on the portal would be out of scope.
■Our Digital Marketing platform is still quite young and very much “under construction", thus this role will be tasked with supporting or leading various cross-functional implementation projects (usually involving local/global IT) to roll-out new functionality and systems.
■This role will be expected to act as an “agent of change”, activating, onboarding & supporting Marketers to derive the maximum possible value from the platform. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills will be a prerequisite for doing this well.
■This is not a technical role. Technical system implementation and management will be the responsibility of vendors and/or the IT department. However, a high level of understanding and interest in the technical side is a must. Experience coding and/or working with databases is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of combined full time experience focusing on at least 3 of the following：
■Digital Marketing platform implementation, management and/or operation (web content management systems, email marketing automation systems, etc.)
■CRM platform implementation, management and/or operation (SalesForce.com, etc.)
■Creation of digital marketing content and campaigns (websites, emails, etc.)
■Digital consulting (e.g. focusing on digital transformations, digital marketing frameworks, etc.)
■Software product management, UX design or web development
■Local implementation of global Digital Marketing or CRM systems
■System Integration of Digital Marketing channels and CRM systems
■Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Management (involving skills such as KPI design, data visualization, Google Analytics, PowerBI, ETL, SQL, etc.)
■Medical Device or Pharma Industry Marketing
