• 仕事内容

  This position will
  ・Lead UX capability building for GSK Japan, collaborating with business functions especially with commercial and marketing team. Be an evangelist who demonstrate the showcase and convince stakeholders of the value of UX.
  ・Provide expertise in each of UX stages, like research, analysis, design thinking workshop and prototyping. Facilitate the conversation with business stakeholder to realize best-in-class product and customer experience.
  
  GSK Tech is transforming to agile organization to meet unmet needs of patients and doctors in more speedy and timely manner, driving further growth of the business in Japan. This also means our service model will shift more to agile & customer centric design from traditional waterfall approach. For making this happen, GSK requires strong UX leader who is capable of building and demonstrating UX design capabilities and influence business teams as evangelist to deeply embed the UX concept in the marketing process.
  
  Key Responsibilities are
  ・Lead UX design capability building to support UX activities across lifecycle, collaborating with business team, external agencies, and tech partners.
  ・Plan and facilitate UX workshops and/or design thinking sessions.
  ・Quickly transform early stage idea to customer-centric prototype UI design to accelerate further discussion (e.g. wireframe, clickable prototype)
  ・Review and provide advices on existing contents.
  ・Provide clear guidance or instructions to the IT developers in regard with UI design upon UX research.
  ・Manage UX related equipment and devices, continuously exploring the market to improve UX/UI capability of the company.

• 応募条件

  Experience
  ・At least 5 years of CX/UX design experience in either designing firm or enterprise.
  ・At least 5 years UI design of the products, ideally web, digital products, or App.
  ・Work experience with middle-large scale agile development team
  ・Leading or participating innovative activities that caused significant impact to the business outcome
  ・Stakeholder engagements including senior leaderships
  ・Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunity
  
  Education/certification/Language
  ・Fluent English and Japanese communication (Oral and written)
  ・Bachelor’s degree or certification in UX is strong plus
  
  Preferred Qualification
  Experience
  ・Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
  ・Any experience relevant to Mobile App development, Web contents management, SEO and any other digital marketing experience
  ・Working in multinational diverse environment
  
  Education/certification/Language
  ・Degree of Information Engineering
  ・Qualification related to agile methodology e.g. SCRUM master
  ・PMP
  ・ITIL
