  Mission/purpose of the job
  purchasing various parts and services from domestic and overseas suppliers, and our member and outsourcing company are always running many tasks in payment process. Your mission is to optimize the process in order to prevent any overdue payment. It is most important for good cooperation with suppliers & customers.
  
  Key responsibilities / accountabilities
  経理部の買掛金担当チームの一員として他のチームメンバーと協力しながら主に以下の業務を行って頂きます。
  - Check & confirmation of registered account payable voucher
  - Operating & handling for contact center in outsourcing company
  - Controlling & training of voucher operators
  - Accounting audit support by an audit corporation
  - Payment data creation
  ・仕入伝票の起票と買掛金や前払費用勘定の管理
  ・上記に関する月次・四半期・年次決算の対応
  ・監査法人による会計監査対応
  ・期日別の支払い実施
  ・社内外からの支払いに関する問い合わせの対応
  
  Key targets and results
  - Keep on-time payment & decrease overdue payment
  - Improvement of register invoices & contact center quality
  - Efficient communication between our group and outsourcing company
  
  Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
  Bachelor’s degree, preferable for economics or business administration

  Preferred experience and knowledge
  伝票入力・勘定管理や入金・出金に関する問い合わせ対応など一般的な経理業務を1年（必須）
  第2新卒歓迎
  
  Necessary technical/functional/language skills
  - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
  - Enough experience for Master Finance
  - Cooperative personality
  - Well organized and self-starter
  - Problem solving skills
  - Japanese: Native/Fluent English: Nice to have
  
  語学力：あれば尚可
  ・日常会話レベルの英文メールを使用した関係者とのコミュニケーション
  ・英検準２級またはTOEIC 500点以上もしくはそれらと同等以上のレベル、英語業務に抵抗がない方
