    As the Head of HRGA you will get the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to the management team and still be able to be hands on in day to day activities or administration for human resources and general affairs matters..

    業務内容
    ■RESPONSIBILITIES
    ・ Partner with both Japan leadership team and US HR team to formulate develop implement and evaluate a HR and Talent Management Strategy to achieve the company’s vision mission and goals to assist sustainable and steady growth.
    ・ Create core KPI related to HR area and regularly engage in communication on the KPI as well as key human resources matters with Japan leadership team as well as US HR team.
    ・ Coworking with Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure effective staffing alignment with the needs of the business.
    ・ Create mechanism to attract talent identify critical talent needs set corresponding development plan and engage Japan leadership in succession planning.
    ・ Identify ways to increase staff retention and productivity including strategies to enhance employee engagement.
    ・ Lead the performance management process making sure that managers are equipped to engage in providing constructive and effective feedback/coaching to their staffs.
    ・ Mitigate legal risk to the company through proactive training and processes and handle and investigate complaints about harassment and other immoral related allegations.
    ・ Maintain knowledge and application of all relevant labor related laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. This includes educating and advising managers and senior leaders in relation to those regulatory and developing and implementing human resources policies in compliance with laws and regulations.
    ・ Ensure that employee files and records are properly maintained.
    ・ Design and implement a competitive compensation system and benefit package to attract and retain key employees as necessary.
