• 仕事内容

  This position should focus on recruitment as the primary responsibility.
  Take the lead in recruitment communicating with the business HQs on hiring decisions based on Coporate guidance
  Fii job openings in a timely manner maximizing the efficiency as to recruitment channels cost lead time and diversity ratio
  In addition this position should get involved in other HR areas.
  Being a HR business partner supporting the businesses in implementing and executing Trainingband Development programs.
  Should get involed in the planning phase of Training and Development as well
  Keep compliance as to Japan labor law by aligning Company Work Rules and other Company policies
