  The semi governmental organization is looking for an operations and incubator manager to its Business Incubationand OperationOffice located at the Embassy in Tokyo.
  
  Our role is to help client companies to reach their full international potential and therefore offer professional services in all phases of a company's internationalization process from strategic advice to establishment support on a new market.

  Qualifications
  ・ Minimum 10 years of work experience from relevant role
  ・ Experience from work in international context
  ・ Leadership and experience of team management
  ・ Knowledge or experience in international finance/accounting
  ・ Native in Japanese high level of proficiency in English
  ・ Familiar with CRM or ERP systems
  ・ Knowledge of finance HR/payroll or company registration procedures （subsidiary branch rep
  office） is a plus
