    ■Primary Purpose of the position
    The HR Manager of NGY reports to the HR Director of NGY and with a matrix reporting to Talent Management manager of AP region. The candidate will collaborate closely with Total Reward Manager of NGY and keep a good relationship with Nihon Giant Tire (NGT) HR manager aligned with the direction of HR Director of NGY. The scope of the HR Manager of NGY is basically within NGY but he/she should help each other with NGT HR manager as needed.

    ■Primary Duties / Responsibilities
    【Support Recruiting】30%
    ・Supporting to clarify the hiring requirement with functional departments and give necessary advices to the departments such as the process of hiring appropriate hiring method timing cost etc.
    ・Role as “a recruiting hub” between Talent Acquisition Team in GBS and departments which needs recruitment. She/he will have a meeting with TA Team before recruiting and decide the recruiting method timing and cost.
    ・Supporting TA Team especially when using Japanese recruiting media.
    ・Managing internal transferring instead of hiring external as needed
    ・Managing Contractors such as contacting Contractor Company managing contracts.
    【Talent Management】15%
    ・According to the TM Manager of AP Region She/he will manage the trainings issues make a long and short list for the designated trainings and decide the candidates with HR Director of NGY.
    ・According to the whole schedule of AP Region managing the Year End Performance review and Individual Development Plan (IDP).
    ・Introducing the training courses to NGY employees.
    【Talent Development】40%
    ・Managing “Talent Development Interview System” between the boss and associates which will start from 2022 July in NGY. She/He will prepare the format to be used and make a schedule of this system. A part of the results of the interviews will be summarized into GTMS by each associate.
