This role covers all aspects of B2B marketing including driving digital marketing top notch industry presence identifying and sharing the right success stories creating meaningful content driving the right mix of events developing the most appropriate set of marketing collateral and more. It will build a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of channels and business natures.This role will work closely with the APAC marketing team and local sales team and other cross functional teams to develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Japan. The position will be part of the APAC marketing team. It requires a deep understanding of the marketing landscape for Japan. This is a full time position which can be based in Japan and will report to the APAC Regional Marketing Manager and Country manager in Japan.■JOB DESCRIPTION・Responsible for all B2B marketing campaigns to enhance Phase One’s B2B brand as well as to accelerate business growth and product launch in Japan・Develop and execute marketing strategy and communication for all Phase One products partnering with sales and other cross functional partners・Create content to generate new business educate end users/partners on new products/features and engage end users/partners to drive awareness/sales via marketing techniques e.g. Microsoft Dynamics ・Develop and execute digital marketing plans including campaigns and always on content・Work closely with cross functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging campaigns and product launches・Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assess against goals・Develop and manage the marketing budget and budget allocation wisely.

■Requirement・Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or digital marketing・Proven track record of lead and conduct successful marketing activities・Ability to manage multi stakeholders agencies vendors and cross functional teams・Excellent coordination communication project management and interpersonal skills・Highly motivated detail minded and result driven with multi tasking skills・Proficient in both spoken and written English and Japanese・Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
