  dental and orthodontic industry. Align Technology is looking for a Business analyst for Japan. This new role would
  be part of a culture that helps improve lives every day through digital dentistry.
  The Business Analyst will work directly with internal stakeholders like Commercial （sales marketing and finance）
  teams IT PMs technical staff architects and vendors to analyze Business Requirements. Actively participate in
  requirements elicitation and apply a combination of business and technical knowledge to solve business problems
  with cost effective technical solutions. Use creative problem solving skills to remove barriers and effective
  communication skills to keep all parties informed regarding status.
  
  In this role you will…
  ■ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  ・ Lead and facilitate requirements meetings to understand what customer really wants and defining the as is
  and future state.
  ・ Work with and as a product owner to define requirements and to prioritize requirements and to get feedback
  and approval on the requirement from all stakeholders
  ・ Asking right questions like What do the systems need to do how do they do it who do we need to get input
  from and how do we get everyone to agree on what we need to do before we go and implement it

  In this role you’ll need …
  ■EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  ・ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with IT and Finance specialization MIS Engineering or equivalent
  experience is a must.
  ・ Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business analyst or Business solution architect with strong medical
  device field experience （Business Process Flows Case Tools and Business Analysis）.
  ・ Fluency in Japanese in reading speaking and writing is a must.
  ・ Business level English is required in reading speaking and writing.
  ・ Gathering Business and Functional Requirements develop system requirements document （SOR）
  Specifications Functional Specifications and as is and to be process documentation developing.
  ・ Collaborated deliverables with Commercial IT QA business users to prepare Use Cases or test scenarios
  conduct Gap Analysis and prepare training manuals.
  ・ Creative and aggressive self starter with integrative thinking skills capable of communicating creative ideas
  through graphical analysis charts and statistical data display.
  ・ Experience in web solutions salesforce SAP/Local ERP implementation and deployment for at least one
  process sales and distribution or Plan to make.
  ・ Strong functional and technical application knowledge with hands on experience managing requirements from
  areas such as Commercial Sales Marketing Finance and Manufacturing
  ・ Experience in iTero and the Dental appliance industry will have added advantages.
  ・ Excellent Presentation articulation skills.
  ・ Process automation experience with RPA is plus.
