*OverviewAn exciting incremental position at Diagnostics Business Unit. Drive sustainable business growth through development of short and long term strategies with evaluating market environment analyzing competitors and creating new business opportunities. Lead marketing team for higher performance and develop team members through coaching and other initiatives.*Responsibilities・Develop comprehensive strategic plan to establish strong presence in Japan.・Analyze business environment in the market to develop marketing strategies including target defining product positioning price strategy communication and promotion plans.・Manage product portfolio and lead new product launch.・Manage P/L revenue forecast and sales management order cycle.・Demonstrate leadership with business partners such as sales division and distributors.・Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders including counterparts in marketing and commercial team.・Build and manage relationship with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) as well as other customers.・Leverage clinical and technical knowledge and insight to drive business.・Act as a liaison with global functions to facilitate information sharing and coordination to ensure marketing and customer requirements are incorporated into the product development process.・Develop team members and enhance engagement.

*Skills and Experiences・Minimum 5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry・Understanding of clinical trend market regulatory and reimbursement as well as technology trend.・Proven track record of successfully leading team.・Strong ability to understand market trends technology insight customer needs and analyze competitive intelligence.・Strong communications skill interpersonal skills and be able to work cross function to achieve the goal.・Ability to facilitate strong working relationship across a wide range of stakeholders.・English Proficiency: Business level in both English and Japanese.・BS and 10 years of related experience (8 10 years of experience if MS)
