• 仕事内容

  Complianceを中心にご担当いただきます。具体的には、内部統制と権限規定の整備、契約法務となります。
  Treasuryにおいては資金繰りや今後の債権流動化、中長期的には銀行政策の見直し等をご担当いただきます。
  いずれの業務も、アメリカの関連部署との連携が発生いたします。
  Treasury and Compliance Manager of Japan Finance and Controllership is responsible for Japan Treasury operation and Japan Compliance related operation encompassing para legal function.

• 応募条件

  ・Strong communication skill with several levels of Business and counter parties in domestic and abroad.
  ・Minimum 5 years working experience in Treasury
  ・Minimum 3 years working experience in General Accounting or Internal control.
  ・Minimum 3 years working experience with handling Contract documents in　Legal or General Affair or other administrative division.
  ・Fluent in Japanese and English
  ・Flexibility to manage wide area of Treasury and Compliance related as a key Generalist of team with strong sense of responsibility.
  ・A team player who is happy to roll up his or her sleeves and participate at all levels of operation from view of Total optimization for organization.
  ・Experience of ERP （SAP） is plus.
