The Learning Facilitator role provides strong leadership and classroom presence across Japan Operations organizations. You will be responsible for facilitating virtual and in person learning experiences to support Japan Operations leaders’ development. As a Learning Facilitator you will deliver courses and group activities for classes ranging up to 100 participants up to about 75% of the time. This position will regularly deliver a 4 day new hires onboarding program on a monthly basis and other leader development programs and will work alongside Learning Program Managers in order to execute holistic solutions considering both learning and business needs. In addition this role also plays a critical role in helping to prepare and provide feedback to regional business presenters supporting LTD programs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years’ experience in classroom （in person and/or virtual） facilitation with excellent facilitation and communication skills （oral written and body language） and interpersonal skills to comfortably and confidently present to large audiences. Experience implementing training/performance improvement strategies methodologies and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout a large organization. Experience and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues with guidance to preserve the learning experience. Good verbal and written communication in business level English and JapanesePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business education instructional design organizational development or/and familiarity with adult learning principles. Learning program certificates a plus. Experience with learning management systems （KNet Thinking Cap） or other online virtual learning platforms. Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture.
