1. Transform entire TA process from in house to RPO TA process.2. Educate HR and hiring managers with new RPO model.3. Develop recruitment strategy.4. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool.5. Manage the recruitment process and life cycle including initial assessments interviews and offers with RPO.6. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.7. Determine New Graduate hiring strategy and action plan to launch.8.Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems 9.Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.10. Leverage APAC and global recruiters network and knowledge to improve hiring practices and sourcing for hard to fill positions.
