    As the Senior Manager of People Development Japan you will lead performance consultation focused on developing designing and implementing critical learning solutions that improve team member value proposition. You will build relationships with multiple business unit leaders to support Micron’s goals and strategic objectives through People Development and other cross functional groups. You will also be a key consultant to our executive/senior business leaders and People Partners on learning and development challenges and needs of the organization and its people to help prepare our global workforce for future success in a ramp up environment.

    The ideal candidate should be strategic consultative collaborative agile solution focused with a bias for action.

    ■Key Capabilities
    ・Lead and represent the People Development function in Japan
    ・Based on business needs utilize global programs and resources to prioritize implement and execute priority/programs including serving as a facilitator for employee experience development areas like leadership and team member development performance talent management onboarding wellness and team member engagement.
    ・Build trusting relationships with our employees managers leaders Workforce Development teams and People Partners at the geographical site and functional level.
    ・Lead development engagements to increase team performance starting from diagnosis and evaluation strategies to design and delivery.
    ・Provide coaching to managers and leaders.
    ・Promote and build a learning environment in Japan
    ・Benchmark to external practices and innovation to develop and enable leaders managers and teams.
    ・Utilize technology for development e.g learning management systems (Workday)
    ・Distill complex information into key insights clear recommendations and actions plans while managing the implementation of development solutions.

  • 応募条件

    ■Minimum Qualifications
    ・Bachelors Degree or above in a related field
    ・5+ years managerial experience in learning and development. Experience in leading learning and development function in a ramp up environment will be a strong plus.
    ・Experienced and well versed in leading initiatives such as Performance and Talent Management Leadership Development Career Development Onboarding Wellness and Engagement. Consulting experience will be a plus.
    ・Experience designing and delivering learning programs to reflect knowledge in adult learning principles both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments with a focus on leadership and organization development programs
    ・Strong facilitation skills with 3+ years’ experience in facilitating workshops for senior leaders.
    ・Demonstrated experience in communicating complex processes into simple and easy to understand concepts and leading projects with cross functional teams with a high level of execution.
    ・Passion for learning increasing team member and leader capability and achieving business results through learning development.
    ・Demonstrable track record of establishing relationships influencing leaders and being a trusted partner.
    ・Experience in adapting content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience through use of data analytics influencing and reporting.
