  ・ Contract management / preparation / examination/seals （60% in Japanese 40% in English）
  ・ Contract type: basic transaction contract internet sales contract lease contract sponsor contract recruiting agreement employment contract business consignment contract
  ・ Preparation of external materials （vendor agreement template） legal compliance check
  ・ General domestic legal procedures （store opening and renewal lease agreement labor law related ...）
  ・ Contact window with the local law firm.
  ・ Contract localization based on template provided by headquarters.
  ・ HQ project that involves local legal team
