  • 仕事内容

    To generates revenue by pursuing new business opportunities and building profitable customer relationships with Key Accounts in a dedicated sales territory within Japan together with channel partner.

    Responsibilities:
    ■Build maintain strong relationship with Key Accounts
    ■Develop an effective key account information transparency plan to manage multiple sales route with channel partner in the region
    ■Submitting timely and accurate forecasts and any other required information including utilization of Salesforce.com for all customer information.
    ■Prospect for new OEM opportunities for design in of our products and other vision system components.
    ■Contribute to the strategic direction of the company via filtered input from Key Accounts to help steer the company’s technical and commercial direction.
    ■Develop strong working relationships internally with colleagues and externally with other industry participants in order to share information on market trend account and competitions.

  • 応募条件

    University degree in Engineering and above with minimum 5 years of sales and sales
    management and experience in Japan market is preferred.
    ・ Knowledge on CRM system e.g. Salesforce is preferred.
    ・ Technology affinity is necessary and basic knowledge of electrical mechanical
    optical and illumination systems along with a familiarity with the industrial imaging
    environment is preferred.
    ・ Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written with an ability to
    speak to multiple perspectives and personality types while actively listening for
    customer needs concerns and objectives.
    ・ Demonstrate ownership of problems and opportunities by seeing them through to
    successful resolution.
    ・ The ability and inclination to aggressively pursues new business by prospecting for
    new opportunities to which represent the best fit for Basler.
    ・ Proficiency in Japanese and English.
    ・ Acts as a team player in a small dynamic team.
    ・ Frequent domestic travel expected with some oversea travel (as required).
