  Financial Analystは、同社の様々なビジネス/サービス/組織に対して、経営企画/経営管理のミッションを担う組織となっています。
  ただ数字を管理するというようなオペレーティブな組織ではなく、どうすればビジネスをドライブしていけるのかという観点で、分析～提案までを行い、ビジネスサイドと一緒になって、経営企画/経営管理/事業戦略を担って頂くポジションです。

• 応募条件

  （１） BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  3+ years of experience in finance accounting consulting or a related highly analytic field
  BA/BS degree
  
  Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English
  Strong PC modeling skills including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities
  
  （２） BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  ・ BA/BS degree in Finance Accounting Business or similar discipline with analytical bias
  ・ 3+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
  ・ 3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Excel （index lookups sumifs pivots standard deviation R2）
  ・ 3+ years of proven experience with concepts of Generally Accepted Accounting Principle
  ・ Proficient bilingual communications skills both in Japanese and English （written and oral）
  
  （３） BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  ・ BA/BS degree in business finance engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
  ・ 5+ years working experience in positions that require financial analysis forecasting budgeting variance analysis and data interpretation of results
  ・ Advanced knowledge and/or strong willingness to learn: Excel SQL and other analytical/visualization/data mining tools
  ・ Business level of Japanese （oral and written）
