    ◆Description

    Positioned as a business partner facing role the IT Analyst will be responsible for enhancing Omnichannel (CRM/Digital) capability to support Customer Engagement Transformation strategy. Will need to be able to work under minimal direction have a proactive nature and demonstrate able competence to partner on all facets of business with a CRM/Digital aptitude to identify and facilitate solutions for business opportunities enhancement needs and issues.

    Seen by the business as a key IT contact and as someone who understands the business and how they use CRM/Digital system the IT Analyst will find him/herself balancing often competing needs for innovation standardization and process harmonization by frequently influencing business partners to align with best practices and company standards.

    Working as part of a wider virtual team composed of business users business analysts consultants developers and project managers the IT Analyst will drive solutions within these cross functional teams.

    The ability to design analyze implement and maintain CRM/Digital solution is a must. The IT Analyst will understand business demands and identify opportunities and support to enhance CRM/Digital capability. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator CRM/Digital system expertise negotiator and trainer.

    ◆Qualifications

    ・Typical candidates will possess 3+ years of relevant experience and BA/BS degree orequivalent OR 4+ years with advanced degree or equivalent.
    ・Candidates must have at least 3 years of CRM/Digitalexperience in B to B market.
    ・3+ years of Project Management Experience is highlydesirable preferably have an experience of middle sized commercialprojects (member 10+).
    ・Some knowledge of healthcare sales marketingprocess. Experience in other industries a plus.
    ・Ability to effectively communicate with technicaland non technical teams.
    ・Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability towork in a team environment.
    ・Ability to operate independently multi task andprioritize tasks appropriately.
    ・Knowledge of pharma regulatory environment PMD Act HCC and digital operation privacy policy.
    ・Actively promote CRM/Digital solution to businessaligned with Data Science and Data Management strategy.
    ・Native level Japanese and Business Level Englishskill is highly required.
