  • 仕事内容

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for the sales related activities and business results in Japan together with other team member in Japan (will be with clear target split in the region).
    Developing relationship with different stakeholder (engineering team sourcing team procurement team distrubutors etc.) at key accounts work closely with peers to support continuous growth from these key accounts.
    Identifying and developing adjacent market prioritize resources to generate maximum revenue growth.

    Power supply related technical background strongly preferred to serve local customers as experts on solution proposal then win more design in projects whenever is possible.
    Working closely with different function teams to respond to customer requirement with satisfaction.

    Collecting competition related information through day to day sales activities summarize regional needs for global
    roadmap and new product plan.
    Providing necessary reports to support supervisors and other internal functions.

  • 応募条件

    1. 5+ years Sales Experience
    2. Identifies qualifies and pursues sales opportunities at existing and new accounts within assigned area.
    3. Coodinates activities to increase sales and establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all accounts.
    4. Develops account profiles including competitive positions and sales volume sales opportunities company direction decision makers etc.
    5. Produces and updates account strategies and tactics.
    6. Works closely with AE marketing and Engineering to ensure rapid response to opportunities and effective solution to customer issues at account.
    7. Must be highly proficient with MS Outlook MS Excel MS Word MS Teams applications and Powerpoint.
    8. Capable of written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
