• 仕事内容

  ■JOB PURPOSE
  Expert role for Formulation and Technology Development of light duty gasoline （LDG） automobile catalysts and new analytical method to capture key chemical properties of catalyst and catalyst components
  
  ■PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  ・ Responsible to support to develop EHS culture and to construct safety working environment.
  ・ Support to Mid term product development Strategy of LDG GKAs aftertreatment technology and resource plan.
  ・ Support to Mid term people development Strategy for the No.1 Catalyst brand.
  ・ Execute above Strategy and Resource plan with supported by the manager.
  ・ Support to achieving team member’s growth and success.
  ・ Participate to LDG Global Key Accounts （JAPAN Top 3 OEMs） program to obtain business and propose cutting edge and attractive technology for customer as first their choice.
  ・ LDG catalyst formulation development for GKAs.
  ・ Full support to Applications for business win.
  ・ Clarify basic understanding for the technology which establish formulation.
  ・ Building the technology shelf which stocks innovative ideas for formulation design.
  ・ To maximize JM’s power of science Promote relationship and communication between CPD team internally and other functions/over sea sites.
  ・ Participate the activity for ISO14001 OHSAS18001 IATF16949 certifications and Lean of Technology Department.
  
  ■SCOPE
  ・ To obtain business of Japanese LDG GKAs lead CPD activity to deliver advanced catalysts and aftertreatment systems which enable to win the business continuously.
  ・ Communicate with GKAD/GTAD RKAM/RTAM Sales Commercial Applications Proto Sample Process Development Testing and QA/QC teams to realize future Design for mass production of new catalyst
  ・ Collaborate with other Technology Centres and contribute to deliver advanced technology for LDG aftertreatment system.
  ・ Work with CPD manager and other Key Technology leaders for strategy planning of Technology Department of Johnson Matthey.

  【必須条件】
  ・Bachelor or higher education in chemistry and chemical engineering related aria
  ・General knowledge on chemicals and its handling and safety
  ・More than 5 year experience of Catalyst or Chemical Product development
  
  【尚可条件】
  ・General knowledge of leadership and team management
  ・More than 3 year experience of customer interface
