■ACCOUNTABILITIES・ Responsible for performing assigned role in a safe manner and complying with safety policies.・ New business development of CG&P in Japan deliver NBD results by management of strategic accounts and key applications/products development.・ Weekly/monthly reports and ensure consistent adoption of salesforce in all activities.・ Regular interactions and good relationship management with key customers/distributors visit planning and preparation prospecting for new business.・ Strategy development and implementation for strategic accounts.■MAIN ACTIVITIES・ Market analysis and development plan including strategies and tactics for profitable business growth.・ Customer visits join trials with technical support commercial proposals and complaint handling. Assume role as key account manager maintain existing business and nurturing stronger relationships at strategic accounts in order to accelerate future business growth.・ Identify and develop strategic accounts find prospects and develop new accounts. Prioritize and manage key opportunities to support short medium and long term growth. Work with sales team to expand the business.・ Assess and monitor market dynamics providing competition intelligence. Identify new opportunities for market segment customers applications and products engage resources and drive the implementation accordingly.・ Collaborate with product line manager (PLM) and technical team to ensure successful products commercialization.・ Regular collaboration with other countries and regions for common customers.・ Develop potential partners and channels to market. Education: Bachelor degree or above.・ 10+ years of experience in sales and/or business development demonstrated success in salesachievement and new business development key accounts development experience is a plus.・ 5+ years of experience in consumer goods (FMCG) end-of-line packaging machinery or materialsbusiness. Experience in adhesives or package business is a plus.・ Has 5+ years of experience in manager position to lead team.・ Self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit with strong determination team leadership experience ispreferable.・ Strategic thinking ability to develop business growth plan and work with cross functional team toimplement drive results and achieve business targets.・ Good communication/negotiation/interpersonal/presentation skills ability to work effectively in crossfunctional and multi-cultural environment and interact with all levels of customer personnel.・ Good English skills in speaking reading writing.
