・Successfully complete all training programs to develop a detailed understanding of its offerings (Software and Services) in order to deliver differentiated value propositions and solutions to prospective clients.・Leverage company developmental opportunities such as go to market sales approach training through Force management to sharpen selling skills. ・Research prospects in assigned Japan territory to develop a lead generation plan.・Generate sales leads through inbound lead follow up cold calling and email campaigns.・Collaborate effectively across the business to generate sales leads from marketing and partner pipeline development channels to drive appropriate funnel coverage in order to realize sales targets.・Qualify leads to route to the territory’s Account Executive.・Drive a proven discovery process with prospects to gain a full understanding of their current challenges and goals to develop/propose solutions that deliver value and create differentiated solutions.・Collaborate with the solutions team to deliver tailored technical demonstrations that address client challenges and goals.・Leverage the SalesForce CRM as a sales accelerator and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. ・潜在顧客の調査とリードジェネレーション計画の作成・潜在顧客のニーズを特定し、適切な製品やサービスを提案・インバウンドの顧客フォローやコールドコール、Eメールでのキャンペーンを通じてリードジェネレーションを行う・営業目標の実現に向けて、BDR、マーケティングチーム、パートナーチームと協業し、リードを最適化して適切なファネルカバレッジの推進・MQLをSQLにし、SQLの有効な案件化率の目標を達成する・顧客理解のディスカバリープロセスを推進し、リード顧客の現在の課題や目標を十分に理解し、価値を提供するソリューションを開発・提案し、差別化された解決策を創出する・戦略的なアカウントプランや効果的な営業戦略を立て、デモの実施やユースケースの開発、提案資料等の営業ツールを自身で作成する・製品チームと連携し、顧客の課題やゴールに有効なデモを提供する
