• 仕事内容

  We are recruiting for a Transaction director and / or Transaction manager, subject to experience of the candidates. The role of the Transaction team members will be at first to execute a specific pipeline of secured transactions of 100 MW capacity within 2022, and in the future to source and execute new renewable energy deals. The Transaction team will be primarily responsible for transactions in Japan, but may also support international projects in Southeast Asia and Brazil.
  
  Remote working is supported, although the selected candidate needs to be based in Japan so that they can join face-to-face meetings in Tokyo from time-to-time.

• 応募条件

  【Required】
  ◇Skills and Experiences
  ・5 (Manager) to 10 (Director) years of M&A experience in investment banking, big 4 accounting firms, renewable developer or similar
  ・Renewable energy experience
  ・Transaction contracts (SHA, SPA etc) experience
  ・Valuation and financial modeling experience
  
  ◇Language
  Business level of English and Japanese
  
  【Preferred】
  ・Experience working in an international environment
  ・Project finance experience
