  Project manager is responsible for delivering IT projects teaming with Japan/APAC IT members. The role requires technical knowledge of project management inter-related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Also project manager must have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills to successfully lead and manage the project team and project stakeholders, and have expertise recognized and requested by customers.
  
  Oversees assignment or an experience of Japanese and English communication as day-to-day business.
  
  ■Responsibilities:
  
  ・Ensuring consistency with global strategy
  ・Planning global systems deployment in Japan(preventing duplication of IT-related initiatives)
  ・Final responsibility for strategy and planning for IT related Japan application
  ・Cooperation with internal/external stakeholders
  ・Business initiated projet proposal

  ■Skills Requirements：
  
  ・Proven experience managing low to moderately complex IT projects
  ・Higly motivated professional with global mindset, to work with multi national team
  ・Strong negotiation/coordination required
  ・IT background with experience across the systems development experience in project phases ? plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement.
  ・Knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques　(PMP Required)
  ・Experience with status reporting, task oriented, tracking, folowing the process
  ・Who can make decision, knowing where to escalate project risk and issues
  ・Strong team working skills across enduser, local supplier and geographically dispersed it virtual teams
  ・Strong communication and interpersonal skills (includes negotiation) and Organizational skills
  ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? must be able to communicate fluently in Japanese both verbally and in writing
  ・Able to communicate fluently in English both verball
