仕事内容
・Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
・Liaison with Product Management (Product organization, Business Units, and user groups) to create and maintain a product backlog whilst ensuring product capabilities and process improvements are delivered over time within the framework of the IQVIA enterprise architecture
・Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize/elaborate stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and focus on value driven product backlog management
・Leads cross-functional product development teams, acting also as a senior consultant to provide system architectural advice
・Keeps up to date with paradigm changes in Big data world, identifies opportunities for implementation in future systems and contributes actively to continuous improvement of Data Management within IQVIA
・Participates in Architect related discussions with other global/local counterparts
・Has an agile mindset

【Must have】
5+ years effectively leading as a product owner
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, balancing work needed across multiple projects at the same time
Willingness to both lead and execute in a fast-paced environment to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results
Experience in remote collaboration with resources across cultures and time zones
Data Warehousing concepts and Exposure to ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts
Experienced in enterprise architecture, business process modeling, and system design
English & Japanese language proficiency (Business level)
【Good to have】
Certified Agile Product Owner
Knowledge of current technology, tools and techniques for software development.
Experience in applying technology to business strategies.
